As talk starts about changes to the law to allow for "dispensaries" or whatever else, shouldn't patients first remove loop-holes in the existing law? Didn't we say that the patients wouldn't abuse the privelage? Can we expect to be trusted with "more" if we can't police our own. The law doesn't specify that a patient can not be a care-giver and have 1 or 2 care-givers.law Possible remedy, "No patient with a care-giver shall also possess plants."
